Rules Repealing the Regulation of the Kathmandu General Customs Office, 2023 (1967)  Date of publication in the Nepal Gazette  2023/12/21 (April 3, 1967)
The Government of Nepal, having exercised the power conferred by  Section 2 of the Administrative Procedure (Regulations) Act, 2013 (1956) has enacted the following Rules:

1. Short Title and Commencement :

(1) These Rules may be called “Rules  Repealing the Regulation of the Kathmandu General Customs Office, 2023
(1967)”.
(2) These Rules shall come into force immediately.

2. Repea l: No. 41 of the Regulation of the Kathmandu General Customs Office  issued on Chitra 24, 1992 B.S. (April 5, 1936) in regard to levying customs 00.01 (one paisa) per parcel while being imported a post parcel from abroad is, hereby,  repealed.
