Motorcycle hit kills pedestrian

A pedestrian died after a motorcycle hit him at Thalmale of Panauti municipality-5 in Kavrepalanchowk district on Thursday.

The killed one was Ramhari Deuja, 50, from Panauti municipality-5. The motorcycle (State 3, 201 pa 0477) had hit Deuja Wednesday night. He succumbed to injury on Thursday. Deuja died in course of treatment at Nagarik Hospital, Bhaktapur, according to District Police Office, Dhulikhel.

Meanwhile, the police have taken under control the motorcyclist Jagatman Thing of Roshi rural municipality-10 for the investigation and action, said Inspector of Police, Yogendra Timilsina, from Area Police Office, Banepa.
