NTV visual editor Koirala passes away at 37
Visual editor at Nepal Television Satish Koirala died of cancer on Friday. He was 37. He died at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre in New Delhi, said the deceased’s family.
Koirala had been working at Nepal Television as a visual editor since 2060 BS. Also a central representative of the Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ), he last year received ‘late Birendra Karki best visual editor award’ established by the FNJ NTV branch.
His last rites were performed at Pashupati Aryaghat today. Koirala is survived by his wife, Batika Rana, who also works as a visual editor at NTV.
