Indian Ambassador Kwatra calls on Vice-President

Newly appointed ambassador of India to Nepal Vinay Mohan Kwatra paid a courtesy call on Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun, Deputy Prime Minister Ishwor Pokharel and Minister for Foreign Affairs Pradeep Kumar Gyawali today.

Indian Ambassador Kwatra call on Vice-president Pun, DPM Pokharel and Minister Gyawali separately in their respective offices.

During the meeting, they discussed on contemporary relations between Nepal and India. The VP, the DPM and the Minister wished for a successful tenure of the Indian ambassador and expressed their confidence that the bilateral ties between Nepal and India would be further consolidated.

The Indian envoy presented his letter of credentials to President Bidya Devi Bhandari today itself.
