The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Swamikartik Khapar Rural Municipality, Bajura District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, largest number of houses in Swamikartik Khapar Rural Municipality had foundation as mud bonded with total number of 3 (73,333.33%) houses, while foundation having wooden piller were 2 (66.67%) houses. Rest of house foundation was cement bonded (1). With respect to the house wall, most houses had mud bonded wall with total number of 2,190 (99.46 %) houses, while second most houses had other types or except listed here wall with total number of 8 (0.36%) houses. Remaining houses had cement bonded (2) and wood planks (2) wall. Similarly, there were 953 (43.30%) houses that had roof type as mud followed by 612 (27.81%) houses having roof type as thatch. Rest of houses had roof type as tile (588), galvanized (26), wood (21) and rcc (1). In total, 1,615 (73.41%) houses had no toilet while 301 (13.68%) houses had ordinary toilet and 284 (12.91%) had flush toilet.
