House Design Ratios Piechart of Sunawarshi Municipality, Morang District (2011 Census)

The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Sunawarshi Municipality, Morang District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, largest number of houses in Sunawarshi Municipality had foundation as wooden piller with total number of 17,594 (45.56%) houses, while foundation having cement bonded were 4,843 (27.53%) houses. Rest of house foundations were rcc piller (3,579), other types or except listed here (1,156) and mud bonded (861). With respect to the house wall, most houses had bamboo wall with total number of 9,059 (49.10 %) houses, while second most houses had cement bonded wall with total number of 7,521 (40.77%) houses. Remaining houses had wood planks (1,226), mud bonded (523) and other types or except listed here (110) wall. Similarly, there were 11,689 (63.45%) houses that had roof type as galvanized followed by 3,812 (20.69%) houses having roof type as rcc. Rest of houses had roof type as thatch (2,761), tile (105), wood (34) and other types or except listed here (21). In total, 7,632 (41.25%) houses had ordinary toilet while 6,327 (34.19%) houses had flush toilet and 4,545 (24.56%) had no toilet. Just to clarify that, the data that was not stated or information about the people who did not stated what types of house designs they had are not illustrated in the pie chart and are not analyzed here.
