House Design Ratios Piechart of Malikarjun Rural Municipality, Darchula District (2011 Census)

The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Malikarjun Rural Municipality, Darchula District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, largest number of houses in Malikarjun Rural Municipality had foundation as mud bonded with total number of 108 (2,759.26%) houses, while foundation having cement bonded were 79 (73.15%) houses. Rest of house foundations were wooden piller (19), rcc piller (9) and other types or except listed here (1). With respect to the house wall, most houses had mud bonded wall with total number of 2,565 (83.06 %) houses, while second most houses had cement bonded wall with total number of 482 (15.61%) houses. Remaining houses had wood planks (31), bamboo (7) and unbaked brick (3) wall. Similarly, there were 2,816 (91.22%) houses that had roof type as tile followed by 170 (5.51%) houses having roof type as rcc. Rest of houses had roof type as galvanized (48), thatch (45) and wood (8). In total, 2,024 (65.48%) houses had no toilet while 981 (31.74%) houses had flush toilet and 86 (2.78%) had ordinary toilet.
