Nawalparasi – 2 | 1999 House of Representatives Election Results

There were 52,384 votes casted during 1999 House of Representatives elections in Nawalparasi District, Constituency No. 2. The candidte of Nepal Communist Party (Unified Marxist-Leninist) - Chandra Mani Kharal secured 23,125 (44.15%) votes and secured victory in the election. The runner-up candidate was Mahendra Dhoj G.c. of Nepali Congress Party who secured 22,701 (43.34%) votes and came in second position. The difference in votes of Chandra Mani Kharal and Mahendra Dhoj G.c. was 424. All other candidates secured 6,558 (12.52%) votes.
