Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City, Rupandehi District had total population of 138,742 and total area of 102 square kilometers as per 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of statistics (CBS), Nepal. There are 19 wards at present. The population pyramid has been created for male and female population based on five-year age gap.
