The festival was scheduled to be held from March 6 to 8.<\/p>\n<p>We decided to postpone the festival following the WHO warning that Nepal lies in high risk zone for possible spread of the COVID-19, said Mayor Prakash Adhikari.<\/p>\n<p>The festival was being held to mark the Visit Nepal Year 2020, aimed at bringing in both domestic and foreign tourists to Tokha.
