The Prime Minister will address the nation through a video message this evening, the PM&#8217;s chief political advisor Bishnu Prasad Rimal said.<\/p>\n<p>Prime Minister Oli is scheduled to undergo kidney transplant on Wednesday. A medical team led by Urologist Dr Prem Raj Gawali will be carrying out the kidney transplant. Also part of the team is the PM&#8217;s personal physician Prof Dr Dibya Singh Shah, Dilip Sharma and others.<\/p>\n<p>The Prime Minister will be kept under observation in preparation for the kidney transplant from today, Dr Gyawali said.
