{"id":2885,"date":"2020-03-04T20:19:00","date_gmt":"2020-03-04T14:34:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nepalarchives.com\/news\/2020\/03\/04\/karnali-state-to-set-up-corona-screening-health-desk\/"},"modified":"2020-03-04T20:19:00","modified_gmt":"2020-03-04T14:34:00","slug":"karnali-state-to-set-up-corona-screening-health-desk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nepalarchives.com\/news\/2020\/03\/04\/karnali-state-to-set-up-corona-screening-health-desk\/","title":{"rendered":"Karnali state to set up corona screening health desk"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Karnali state government is set to put in place a health desk to get prevented from widely spreading coronavirus (COVID 19).<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Social Development under the Karnali state government is making arrangement for health check-up service by establishing health screening desks.<\/p>\n<p>According to the State Helath Directorate Surkhet, health desks would be set up in four corona-affected checkpoints including Humla having border linkage with China.<\/p>\n<p>Directorate&#8217;s director Dr Rita Bhandari Joshi informed that regular health check-up would be provided in Hissa, Humla along Nepal-Tibet border, Babai in province-5, Kapurkot checkpoint in Salyan and Surkhet airport.<\/p>\n<p>Health workers would be deputed in border entry points with medicines and they would also sensitize travelers about corona, he added. &quot;All necessary preparation for the setup of health desks is over.
