Inaruwa municipality and Pratibimba Nepal jointly organized the championship.<\/p>\n<p>Bindabasini Football Club&#8217;s striker Samat made a decisive goal to register the win in the final. Samat netted the goal in 28th minutes of second half.<\/p>\n<p>Besides title, Biratnagar has bagged a shield and cash prize of Rs 200,000.
