The election was held in all seven states today. Each state will elect one councilor for the Bar Council.<\/p>\n<p>The election was held in Kathmandu, Chitwan and Hetauda for the State-3 councilor. Senior advocate Dr Chandra Kanta Gyawali representing progressive alliance and senior advocate Prof Gunanidhi Neupane from democratic alliance are contesting for the State-3 councilor.<\/p>\n<p>According to chief election officer Shiva Rimal, 3,317 votes were cast in Supreme Court based voting centre.
