He is Purnajeet Pun, originally from Rolpa and currently living in Bandipur rural municipality.<\/p>\n<p>Pun was arrested from Jmaune, Myagde rural municipality-3 today, Superintendent of Police Binod Silwal of the District Police Office said. Police has also arrested Parbat Sedhai, a leader of the student union close to the Biplav Group.
