He added that unification of the then UML and Maoist Centre was held on the background of Maoist party’s emphasis for coordination among the communists.

Also speaking at the programme, NCP Vice-Chairman Bamdev Gautam said that Nepal’s people’s war was a rare and historic incident in the world history adding that the decade long insurgency and people’s movement has defeated the feudalism and weakened the imperialist forces.

"People’s war is the war of sacrifice; it is a war of liberation and struggle. Such a huge scale sacrifice had not taken place in the world history. We have to go for establishment of socialism on the basis of multi-party competition by respecting those martyrs," Gautam said.

Chairman of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that the nation has moved forward to the making of foundation of socialism…

[4
332,330
post-2403","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news","tag-kathmandu","tag-nepal
["GET
