He was 51.<\/p>\n<p>NC chief whip Bal Krishna Khand and NA main opposition party leader Surendra Raj Pande issued separate condolence statements on the demise of Upadhyay.<\/p>\n<p>The party has extended sorrow to the bereaved families.
