Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office Surkhet, Dilli Raj Panta, said the tipper (Bhe 1 Kha 2242) had knocked down the motorcycle  (Bhe 1 Pa 2178) Singh had been riding.<\/p>\n<p>The relatives of the deceased have been demonstrating by burning tires on the road at Yarichok and Gautam Chowk protesting over the death of the youth due to &#8216;recklessness&#8217; of the tipper driver. Police has arrested the tipper driver for necessary action.
