It has aimed at educating and empowering girls in order to end gender discrimination.<\/p>\n<p>Under the project, leadership training would be provided to the girls for boosting their confidence and competitiveness. The girls being graduated would be the first beneficiaries of the project.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, it helps to create environment for skilled human resources to get jobs in the companies.
