The Municipality has announced a holiday on January 23, Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Issuing a notice, Chief Administrative Officer of the Municipality Gajendra Nath Sharma said the holiday is announced for a day earlier because the festival happens to fall on Saturday, January 24.
