{"id":1803,"date":"2020-01-21T16:37:00","date_gmt":"2020-01-21T10:52:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nepalarchives.com\/news\/2020\/01\/21\/bill-presented-in-gandaki-state-sa\/"},"modified":"2020-01-21T16:37:00","modified_gmt":"2020-01-21T10:52:00","slug":"bill-presented-in-gandaki-state-sa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nepalarchives.com\/news\/2020\/01\/21\/bill-presented-in-gandaki-state-sa\/","title":{"rendered":"Bill presented in Gandaki State SA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In a session of State Assembly of Gandaki State today, a bill relating to the establishment and operation of Gandaki State Academy of Science and Technology was presented.<\/p>\n<p>State minister for industry, tourism, forest and environment Bikash Lamsal tabled the bill.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking in the special hour of the meeting, SA member Rajib Pahari drew the government&#8217;s attention towards the completion of physical infrastructures under the 13th South Asian Games (SAG).<\/p>\n<p>Pokhara hosted nine games under the regional mega sports competition, he said, seeking the proper care, and utilisation of the structures built for the specific purposes.<\/p>\n<p>Meena Gurung sought the operation of health camps in the rural and village areas so as to ensure their rights to health.  &quot;Geographical remoteness is a challenge to ensure citizen&#8217;s right to health,&quot; she said.<\/p>\n<p>Another member Dhanamaya Lama demanded public holiday on cultural festivals which as she said are the identities of diversified Nepal.<\/p>\n<p>The SA shall meet again at 1:00 pm of January 26, said Speaker Netranath Adhikari.
