The meeting decided to issue a whip to all the parliamentary party members to vote for Hetauda as the State no. 3 capital and Bagmati as the name of the State, according to Chief Whip of the party Rameswar Phunyal.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting of the State Assembly is currently underway and voting on the proposal in naming the State and  its capital will soon begin.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The parliamentary party meeting of the ruling Communist Party of Nepal has concluded here this morning.
