The ongoing fifth session of the Bagmati State Assembly is being prorogued from this midnight.
It was in line with Article 183 (2) of the constitution. Bagmati State Chief Bishnu Prasad Prasain sent a notice in this regard to State Speaker Sanu Kumar Shrestha on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers of the State, said Rajesh Kumar Tamang, legal officer at the State Chief Secretariat.
