Speaker of the House of Representatives Agni Sapkota paid a courtesy call on President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Wednesday.

This is the first time Speaker Sapkota and President Bhandari held meeting, said President’s personal secretary Bheshraj Adhikari.

They discussed contemporary issues including the parliament activities, Adhikari said, adding that Speaker Sapkota informed the President of current parliament business.
