30 students fall sick due to flu

A total of 30 students have fallen sick at once at Himali rural municipality in the district recently. Students of Dhulachaur-6 based Angel English Boarding School fell ill due to seasonal flu.

According to Principal Dinesh Sagar, of 30 students who have fallen ill, three are in critical condition. With it, the school has been closed. The health workers have suggested the sick not to come in direct contact with others.

The critically injured Navin BK, Dixa BK and Sristi Rawal are undergoing treatment at Kolti health post.

The students are reported vomiting and suffering from high fever at the beginning.

According to the District Hospital chief Dr Rupchandra BK, they would closely observe the situation.
