Hearing on Sapkota’s case on Tuesday
The case lodged at the Supreme Court (SC) against Nepal Communist Party (NCP) leader Agni Prasad Sapkota has been deferred till Tuesday since the hearing was not completed on Monday.
Hearing on the case was started at the single bench of Justice Sapana Malla Pradhan.
Senior advocate Dinesh Tripathi had lodged a petition at the SC demanding not to elect Sapkota as the Speaker of the Parliament accusing the former rebel leader of murdering Arjun Lama of Kavre during insurgency.
