Two women buried

Two women of the same family from Chandannath municipality-4 of Jumla died after they were buried with mound, while digging soil for painting house. The killed ones were Nakchu Sunar, 45, and her daughter in-law Syanu Sunar, 25, said Deputy Superintendent of Police, Lal Bahadur Dhami.

As the mound covered and crushed them while digging soil, they died on the spot in mine on Monday, DSP Dhami added.

Two others gone together for collecting soil, Nabina Aidi and Panchakanya Sunar, were also injured. The injured ones have been undergoing treatment at Karnali Academy of Health Sciences.
