Chief Minister Cup Football on January 3rd week

All 11 districts from Gandaki State are taking part in the state-level football championship.

Football teams from all 11 districts of Gandaki are participating in the championship starting from the 3rd week of January, shared ANFA Kaski President Milan Gurung.

In the championship to be played on league cum knock-out basis, the district league winners including Horizon Club (Syangja), Bhimad Youth Club (Tanahun), Triveni Youth Club (Lamjung), Bouddha Himal Club (Gorkha), Adarsha Club (Kaski), Gaindakot Sports (Nawalpur) and Danfe Youth Club (Manang) along with teams from Baglung, Parbat, Myagdi and Mustang are participating.

The winner team will receive Rs 500,000 with trophy medal and letter of appreciation while the first runner-up will bag Rs 300,000.

Likewise, the best defense, best goal keeper, best mid-fielder, best coach and best striker will be provided with awards carrying Rs 5,000 each.

The Gandaki state has announced extending support worth Rs 4 million to organize the Chief Minister Cup.
