A division league: Macchindra in the top

The sixth round of the Qatar Airways Martyrs Memorial A division league football is coming to a close today. The final match under the sixth round is being played at Dasarath Stadium today.

As of now, Macchindra club tops the points table with 13 points. In six games so far, Machhindra has won four and played a draw in two games. Likewise, Tribhuvan Army Club stands in the second position with four win and a loss in five games, and 12 points.

Manang Marsyangdi Club is in the third position with 12 points as well. Three Star Club is in the fourth, Jawalakhel Youth club in fifth and New Road Team in the sixth position.

Similarly, Nepal Police Club is in the seventh position with two wins, two loss and two draw so far while Sankata Club and Brigade Boys Club are in the eighth and ninth position respectively. Chyasal Youth Club, Armed Police Force club, Friends Club, Himalayan Sherpa Club and Saraswati Youth Club are at the bottom five of the league points table.

The match today will be played between Tribhuvan Army Club and Sankata Club, with the TAC having a chance to go to the top with a win.
