PM Oli telephones Indian PM Modi, seeking enhancement of collaboration against COVID-19

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi today held a telephone conversation.

The conversation was focused on further strengthening mutual collaboration in the fight against the COVID-19 and providing better care and support for those citizens stopped in each other’s countries during lockdown.

Prime Minister Oli telephoned his Indian counterpart and requested for the same. According to Prime Minister’s press adviser Surya Thapa, the two prime ministers also discussed for keeping the supplies chain smooth and easier. On the occasion, the Prime Minister thanked his Indian counterpart for assistance including medicines to be provided by India to Nepal.
