COVID-19: temporary hospitals in four locations

Preparations are being made to run ‘Corona management temporary hospitals’ in four different locations of Saptari, considering the increasing risk of Coronavirus infection.

A high-level meeting chaired by Chief District Officer Sunil Khanal on Saturday decided to set up temporary hospitals in Gajendra Narayan Singh hospital, Chinnamasta Medical College hospital, Sai Krishna Teaching Hospital and Unique hospital premises. Isolation rooms will be established along with necessary equipment, Mayor of Rajbiraj Shambhu Prasad Yadav said.

Meanwhile, the Nepal-India transit point under Bode Basain municipality has been closed from Saturday in wake of the risk of infection of Coronavirus.
