Two killed, 15 injured in separate accidents in Parasi

Two persons were killed while 15 others were injured in separate accidents here today.

According to district police West Nawalparasi office, the accident took place at Sarawal Rural Municipality-1 Basa when a car (Lu 1 Cha 9622) heading to west from east collided with bike (Lu 35 Pa 3127) coming from opposite direction at the place.

Motorbike rider Ratna Bahadur Kami, 53, of Bardaghat who was critically injured in the mishap died while undergoing treatment at local Prithvi Chandra hospital, police said.

Meanwhile, motorbike rider Iswara Bahdur Karki , 41, of Sarawal-1 died when his bike ( Lu 14 pa 2234) knocked stationary truck (Na2 Kha 7483) at Sarwal-Tulsipura at the locality.

Similarly, 15 passengers were injured when a bus (Ba 4 Kha 8487) overturned at Bardaghat Municipality-2 Chisapani. The injured are undergoing treatment at Butawal hospital. The bus was heading to Dhangadhi from Kathmandu.
