NCP urges govt to take effective measures to prevent COVID-19

The secretarait meeting of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) held on Wednesday has urged the government to conduct further effective activities to prevent coronavirus infection and to make people aware about it.

The meeting however praised the decisions taken by the high-level coordination committee on control of COVID-19 including the postponment of Secondary Education Examination (SEE) which was earlier scheduled to begin next day.

Congratulating Prime Minister and NCP Chair KP Sharma Oli for successful kidney transplation, the meeting thanked the kidney donor and doctors involved in kidney transplant, said PM’s press advisor Surya Thapa.
