NA passes some proposals

A session of the National Assembly today endorsed a proposal seeking a consideration over the amendment to the ‘Evidence (Second Amendment) Bill, 2075 BS’ made by the House of Representatives.

Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Dr Shiba Maya Tumbahangphe presented the proposal before the meeting which was later accepted unanimously.

Similarly, the session passed the proposal seeking the re-endorsement of the Bill to amend some of Nepal’s laws related to education with the acceptance of amendment to it made by the House of Representatives.

The proposal was tabled by Minister for Education, Science and Technology before the meeting.

The NA shall meet again at 1:00pm on March 19.
