All preparations for SEE complete in State-2

Preparations for Secondary Education Examination (SEE) taking place from March 19 have been completed in all eight districts of State-2, according to the State Education Development Directorate.

Director Chudamani Phunyal said that security would be tightened this year after question papers were leaked in the State last year.

Talking to Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS), he said that answer sheets have already been reached in all exam centres and question papers would be handed over from today to security bodies deployed at exam centres.

A total of 72,839 students of State-2 are sitting for SEE this year. The highest number of students -11,393 students from Dhanusha and lowest 7,705 from Rautahat – are seating for the exam. Two hundreds and 67 exam centres have been determined in state-2.

Similarly, 34 exam centres have been determined in Saptari, 39 in Siraha, 43 in Dhanusha, 30 in Mahottari, 35 in Sarlahi, 30 in Rautahat, 32 in Bara and 24 in Parsa.

According to the Directorate, all exam centres have been circulated to conduct the SEE exam in a disciplined manner and stern action would be taken against superintendent and staffs deployed for exam centres if misconduct activities are found occurred during exam hour.
