Minister Gyawali denies statute amendment debate

Minister for Foreign Affairs Pradeep and leader of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Kumar Gyawali has said that this was not the right time for holding debates on constitution amendment.

Minister Gyawali siad that this was the time for constitution’s implementation, not its amendment.

At a programme organised by Tansen Municipal Committee of NCP here on Saturday, Gyawali argued that the first priority of the time was to make a prosperous Nepal and added that debates on constitution amendment were not appropriate.
