National literary conference postponed

The National Literary conference scheduled to be held from March 7 to 9 has been postponed. The conference has been postponed following the directive by the government to avoid meetings and gatherings, said the Gandaki Literary Academy, Tanahu.

Final preparations for the event had been completed but it has been postponed, said the Academy chair Arjun Adhikari. The Academy had also received 237 poems from literati at home and abroad to be part of the conference.

The conference will be held later at an appropriate time and date.
