Bastakoti new chair of contractors association

The 19th annual general meeting of the Contractors Association, Bhaktapur district chapter has elected a new executive committee led by Raj Kumar Bastakoti.

The general meeting held on Saturday elected a 17-member committee including a town committee coordinator, according to outgoing chair Niranjan Bajgain. Bijaya Kumar Deuja is the senior vice-president, Ratna Prasad Suwal the first vice-president and Laba Giri the second vice-president.

Likewise, Shiva Hari Dahal KC is the general secretary, Prem Khatri the under general secretary, Sudhir Thapa the treasurer and Bimal Shilpakar the joint treasurer of the committee. The town coordinators include Rajesh Khadka for Changunarayan, Ram Sharan Prajapati for Surya Binayak, Ram Shrestha for Madhyapur and Surendra Suwal for Bhaktapur.
