Judiciary centre of hope for justice: Chief Justice

Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher JBR on Thursday said judiciary is the centre of hope for justice. "All respective sides should work to carry out reforms and amendment in judiciary and heighten its dignity," he said at an event organised here on the occasion of the 47th anniversary of Supreme Court Bar Association.

CJ Rana said he was at work to make judiciary independent, efficient and strong.

Likewise, former president of Nepal Bar Association (NBA) and senior advocate Bishwo Kanta Mainali urged justices and legal practitioners to strictly follow the code of conduct for judicial employees.

Saying conduct of legal practitioners plays an important role in judiciary, President of the NBA Chandeshwor Shrestha called for transparency in justice delivery.
