NC extends condolence on demise of NA member Upadhyay
The main opposition Nepali Congress parliamentary party extended condolences on the demise of National Assembly member Durga Prasad Upadhyay on Friday. He was 51.
NC chief whip Bal Krishna Khand and NA main opposition party leader Surendra Raj Pande issued separate condolence statements on the demise of Upadhyay.
The party has extended sorrow to the bereaved families. The statements have mentioned that the late leader Upadhyay had played important roles in restoring democracy in the country.
He was elected as the NA member from State-5.
