VP Pun attends India’s 71st Republic Day celebration

Vice-President Nanda Bahadur Pun attended the welcome programme organized at the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu on the occasion of 71st Republic Day of India today.

The event organized by the Acting Indian Ambassador to Nepal Ajay Kumar was attended by members of the Council of Ministers, former Prime Ministers, lawmakers.

In attendance in the celebration were chiefs of the constitutional bodies, dignitaries, high-ranking officials of the government of Nepal, leaders of various political parties and representatives of the diplomatic missions in Kathmandu.

The representatives from the business and media community, social workers and Indian nationals also marked their presence in the event.
