Karnali State level security meeting kicks off

The State level security meeting kicked off here Friday. A two-day security meeting has been jointly organized by Ministry of Home Affairs and Internal Affairs, and Law Ministry of Karnali State.

The meeting is expected to review the security situation and adopt the future strategy and measures in the State, said Deputy Spokesperson at the Home Ministry Umakanta Adhikary. He added that the security bodies would make presentation in the meeting. Nepal Police, Armed Police Force and National Investigation Department chiefs were scheduled to address the meeting.

Even the issues of disaster risk will feature the meeting. The meeting is attended by high ranking security officers of the State.
