Shrestha, Neupane elected NA members from Gandaki State
Narayan Kaji Shrestha and Bhagawati Neupane of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) have been elected the National Assembly members from Gandaki State. Shrestha is from the other group while from woman’s.
Also the Spokesperson of the party, Shrestha achieved 3,462 votes while his nearest rival Surya Prasad Regmi of Nepali Congress got 2,244.
Similarly, Neupane got 3,366 votes and her rival Bimala Gauchan of Nepali Congress achieved 2,340. The voting was held from 10am to 4:00pm today.
