Noted journalist Bhairav Risal has been felicitated on the occasion of the Prithvi Jayanti. The Yogi Naraharinath Trust Spiritual Council honoured him in recognition to his contribution to the promotion of national unity.

Trust Chairman Shankar Poudel reminded that the 92-year old Risal had significant contribution to boost nationalism. So, he deserves honour, the Chairman added. Paudel further said Risal also worked tremendously for the development of Nepali journalism.

Risal was also wished good health and active life.

On the occasion, honoured personality Risal reminded the role Prithvi Narayan Shah played for the unification of modern Nepal.
