Household Utilities Chart of Gaur Municipality, Rautahat District (2011 Census)

The pie-charts for different sources of household utilities of Gaur Municipality, Rautahat District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, most households (4,682) used tube well as their source of water while 772 households were depended on tap water. Remaining households who used different types of water sources were: other source (31), uncovered well (31), covered well (10) and spout (3). With reference to source of fuel, mostly used fuel was firewood with total number of 3,193 households. The second top source of fuel households used was lp gas (1,145). Rest of households used different fuel sources, such as: cow dung (1,071), kerosene (95), other source (14), biogas (7) and electricity (3). Similarly, electricity was primary source of light with total 4,228 households using it. Other households used kerosene (1,249), solar (14) and other source (10) as their source of light.
