House Design Ratios Piechart of Pipra Rural Municipality, Mahottari District (2011 Census)

The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Pipra Rural Municipality, Mahottari District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, largest number of houses in Pipra Rural Municipality had foundation as wooden piller with total number of 6,050 (56.99%) houses, while foundation having cement bonded were 2,294 (37.92%) houses. Rest of house foundations were mud bonded (394), other types or except listed here (158) and rcc piller (150). With respect to the house wall, most houses had bamboo wall with total number of 3,697 (57.37 %) houses, while second most houses had cement bonded wall with total number of 2,398 (37.21%) houses. Remaining houses had mud bonded (253), wood planks (94) and other types or except listed here (1) wall. Similarly, there were 4,299 (66.78%) houses that had roof type as tile followed by 1,400 (21.75%) houses having roof type as rcc. Rest of houses had roof type as thatch (642), galvanized (43), other types or except listed here (31) and wood (23). In total, 3,389 (52.49%) houses had no toilet while 1,746 (27.04%) houses had ordinary toilet and 1,321 (20.46%) had flush toilet.
