House Design Ratios Piechart of Naraha Rural Municipality, Siraha District (2011 Census)

The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Naraha Rural Municipality, Siraha District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, largest number of houses in Naraha Rural Municipality had foundation as wooden piller with total number of 3,395 (79.85%) houses, while foundation having cement bonded were 589 (17.35%) houses. Rest of house foundations were mud bonded (234), other types or except listed here (58) and rcc piller (37). With respect to the house wall, most houses had bamboo wall with total number of 2,631 (72.56 %) houses, while second most houses had cement bonded wall with total number of 612 (16.88%) houses. Remaining houses had mud bonded (236), wood planks (90) and other types or except listed here (45) wall. Similarly, there were 2,006 (55.38%) houses that had roof type as tile followed by 1,204 (33.24%) houses having roof type as thatch. Rest of houses had roof type as rcc (246), galvanized (134), wood (23) and other types or except listed here (9). In total, 3,235 (89.14%) houses had no toilet while 224 (6.17%) houses had flush toilet and 170 (4.68%) had ordinary toilet. Just to clarify that, the data that was not stated or information about the people who did not stated what types of house designs they had are not illustrated in the pie chart and are not analyzed here.
