The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Chhathar Jorpati Rural Municipality, Dhankuta District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, largest number of houses in Chhathar Jorpati Rural Municipality had foundation as mud bonded with total number of 1,346 (236.48%) houses, while foundation having wooden piller were 1,079 (80.16%) houses. Rest of house foundations were cement bonded (130), other types or except listed here (108) and rcc piller (29). With respect to the house wall, most houses had mud bonded wall with total number of 3,161 (69.81 %) houses, while second most houses had bamboo wall with total number of 876 (19.35%) houses. Remaining houses had wood planks (255), cement bonded (218) and other types or except listed here (16) wall. Similarly, there were 2,755 (60.95%) houses that had roof type as thatch followed by 1,698 (37.57%) houses having roof type as galvanized. Rest of houses had roof type as rcc (43), wood (13), tile (9) and other types or except listed here (2). In total, 2,490 (54.94%) houses had ordinary toilet while 1,194 (26.35%) houses had no toilet and 848 (18.71%) had flush toilet.
