House Design Ratios Piechart of Chakraghatta Rural Municipality, Sarlahi District (2011 Census)

The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Chakraghatta Rural Municipality, Sarlahi District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, largest number of houses in Chakraghatta Rural Municipality had foundation as wooden piller with total number of 3,926 (72.59%) houses, while foundation having cement bonded were 917 (23.36%) houses. Rest of house foundations were mud bonded (442), other types or except listed here (86) and rcc piller (73). With respect to the house wall, most houses had bamboo wall with total number of 2,904 (66.48 %) houses, while second most houses had cement bonded wall with total number of 1,095 (25.07%) houses. Remaining houses had wood planks (269), mud bonded (92) and other types or except listed here (4) wall. Similarly, there were 3,365 (77.21%) houses that had roof type as tile followed by 507 (11.63%) houses having roof type as thatch. Rest of houses had roof type as rcc (391), galvanized (60), wood (33) and other types or except listed here (2). In total, 3,769 (86.31%) houses had no toilet while 415 (9.50%) houses had flush toilet and 183 (4.19%) had ordinary toilet.
