House Design Ratios Piechart of Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City, Rupandehi District (2011 Census)

The pie-charts about different house designs, such as foundation, wall, roof and toilet types of Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City, Rupandehi District is based on 2011 population census conducted by Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) of Nepal. As of 2011, largest number of houses in Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City had foundation as cement bonded with total number of 28,385 (57.48%) houses, while foundation having rcc piller were 10,422 (36.72%) houses. Rest of house foundations were mud bonded (5,035), wooden piller (1,362) and other types or except listed here (284). With respect to the house wall, most houses had cement bonded wall with total number of 28,410 (85.05 %) houses, while second most houses had mud bonded wall with total number of 2,873 (8.60%) houses. Remaining houses had bamboo (934), other types or except listed here (717) and wood planks (391) wall. Similarly, there were 22,195 (66.53%) houses that had roof type as rcc followed by 9,411 (28.21%) houses having roof type as galvanized. Rest of houses had roof type as thatch (965), tile (581), other types or except listed here (151) and wood (58). In total, 25,370 (75.28%) houses had flush toilet while 5,666 (16.81%) houses had ordinary toilet and 2,665 (7.91%) had no toilet.
